Article 1: General Provisions
The e-commerce website www.raisinstar.be with registered office at Ijzermaal 9, 2235 Westmeerbeek, VAT BE 0647.807.075, offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its online shop. These Terms & Conditions shall apply to any order placed by a customer via this e-commerce website. When placing an order through the web shop, the customer must explicitly accept these Terms & Conditions. This way the customer agrees to the applicability of these Terms & Conditions, as well to the exclusion of all other conditions. Additional terms of the customer are excluded, unless they are – upfront & in writing – expressly accepted by Raisin’Star.
Article 2: Price
All prices are expressed in euros, including VAT and other obligatory fees or taxes. If delivery, reservation or administrative costs are charged, this will be indicated separately. The specified price only refers to the articles as defined in the description of the article. Some accompanying photos are intended decorative and may contain elements that are not included in the price.
Article 3: Offer
Regardless the fact that the online catalog and e-commerce website are compiled with utmost care, it is possible that the information is incomplete, contains material errors, or is not up to date. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind Raisin’Star. Raisin’Star is, concerning the accuracy and completeness of the information, only bound to an obligation of means. Raisin’Star is in no way liable in case of obvious clerical errors or printing errors. If you have specific questions about eg. size, color, availability, delivery, or delivery method, we ask you in advance to contact us (via the contact form or via firstname.lastname@example.org). The offer is valid while supplies last and can be changed or revoked at any time by Raisin’Star. We can not be held liable for the unavailability of a product. If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
Article 4: Online Purchases
To place an order, the customer must first add articles to the shopping cart and indicate the desired quantity. If the article is available in different sizes or colors, the customer first has to make a choice before adding it to the cart. At the right top of the page, the customer can see the shopping cart by clicking on the icon of your shopping cart. The customer can always see how many articles there are in the shopping cart. The customer can still customize things such as size, color or number. The customer can also remove items. If the customer would like to proceed, he/she can place the order by:
1) creating an account if he/she is a new customer or
2) logging in with the email address and personal password if the customer already has an account.
The customer can also shop as a guest so it is not required to create an account. To ensure the payments are properly & safely processed, we are working with Mollie. Mollie provides for a safe and transparent banking platform. The customer can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Belfius Direct Net;
- Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express);
- KBC / CBC Payment Buttons;
- Bancontact / Mister Cash; and
- Sofort Banking.
Furthermore, the customer can also pay via:
• Direct Bank Transfer (*); and

Raisin’Star is entitled to refuse an order pursuant to a serious failure of the customer with regard to orders where this customer is concerned.
Article 5: Processing and delivery of the order
For our shipments we work together with B-Post. All orders are delivered to the delivery address specified by the customer. The shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart. Below is an overview of the shipping costs and delivery time by country. For shipment to other countries, please contact us to receive the correct rate.

Any visible damage and / or qualitative deficiency of an article or other failure in the delivery must be reported immediately by the customer to us. The risk for loss or damage shall pass on to the customer once he/she (or the designated third party other than the delivery party) has received physical possession of the goods. The customer can check the section “Order & Delivery” he/she wishes further details.
Article 6: Retention of property
The delivered goods remain -until the moment of complete payment by the customer-, the exclusive property of Raisin’Star. The customer informs, if necessary, a third party on the retention of property of Raisin’Star eg. to a third party who would seize the not yet fully paid items.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this Article shall apply only to customers in their capacity as consumers purchasing items online on www.raisinstar.be.
The Customer as a consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days starting on the date the Customer (or Customer’s designated third party other than the delivery party) has the first physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must clearly notify, Raisin’Star, about his decision to withdraw. This can be done via the contact form (please select “Exchange & Return” as subject) or via email@example.com. The Customer can also do this by regular mail (Raisin’Star, Ijzermaal 9, 2235 Westmeerbeek, Belgium). To comply with the withdrawal period, the Customer must send its notice on its exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Customer goods must promptly, but in any event no later than 14 calendar days after the date of the decision to withdraw from the contract as communicated to Raisin’Star, returned or handed over to Raisin’Star, Ijzermaal 9, 2235 Westmeerbeek. The Customer is on time if he sends back the goods before the period of 14 calendar days has ended.
The direct shipping/other cost of returning the goods are borne by the Client.
The product must be returned in its original condition (i.e. compliant and in good condition), complete (i.e. with its packaging and where appropriate its accessories) and accompanied by the invoice. The price of any Product returned by the Customer after this time or which is damaged, soiled or incomplete is not refunded and is retained by Raisin’Star as a penalty.
The refund of any Product (excluding delivery costs) which has been the subject of a withdrawal and returned, according to the terms set out above, is made within 14 calendar days following the date on which we received the declaration of withdrawal from the Customer, it being stated that Raisin’Star may defer the refund until the actual recovery of the Product.
If the customer cancels the contract because Raisin’Star delivered a faulty or damaged item, the shipping cost will be refunded in full.
Any additional costs resulting from the choice of the customer for a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by Raisin’Star are not refundable.
Raisin’Star reimburses the Customer via the same payment method the Customer has performed the original transaction, unless the customer explicitly agreed otherwise. In any case the Customer will be not be charged with an extra fee for such refund.
The goods will only be reimbursed if they are in the original condition, meaning the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and all labels and tags are attached. For reasons of hygiene, bathing and underwear can not be returned. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products remain safe and protected while they are in the customer’s possession. Treat the products with care and return them in the condition they were delivered to you.
Pack the products carefully so that they are not damaged during transport. Replacement or refund can take place only after sending all returned products have been received by us.
If you return Products:
1.that do not meet the conditions;
2.that are not in its original condition;
3.that are not properly packed;
4.of which parts are missing;
5.of which you did not pay the shipping costs;
6. Of which you have not spent the necessary care in the packing/shipping of those products;
we reserve the right to reject your return and to refuse reimbursement or to charge fees for necessary repairs, re-stocking or similar direct costs that result from the payments to be refunded to you (without prejudice to the applicable legislation).
If the Customer initially had placed an order of at least € 85, the shipping was free as specified in our terms & conditions. If the Customer orders a partial return resulting the final order is less than € 85, then the shipping costs are no longer free. Consequently, we will reduce these costs from the amount to be refunded to the Customer.

Article 8: Guarantee
Under the law of September 21, 2004 on the protection of customers in consumer sales, the Customer has legal rights. This legal guarantee is valid from the date of delivery to the first owner. Any commercial warranty leaves these rights without prejudice.
To invoke the warranty, the customer must be able to present proof of purchase. Customers are advised to keep the original packaging of the goods.
For items purchased online and which have been delivered at the Customer’s address, the Customer must contact the customer service and must return the article to Raisin’Star at its own cost.
Upon notification of a defect, the Customer must inform Raisin’Star as soon as possible. In any case, any defect must be reported by the Customer within two months. Afterwards there is no longer the right to have the article repaired or replaced.
The (Commercial and / or legal) warranty does not apply to defects arising from accident, neglect, falls, use of the product contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, non-compliance with the user instructions/manual or manual adjustments or changes to the article, rough use, poor maintenance, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.
Defects that occur after a period of 6 months from date of delivery shall be deemed to have no hidden defects (subject to proof by the Customer).

Article 10: Penalties for non-payment
Notwithstanding the exercise of other rights which Raisin’Star has, the customer is – in the event of non- or late payment – without notice, interest due on the unpaid amount of 10% per year. Moreover, the Customer shall automatically and without notice have to pay a compensation of 10% on the relating amount, with a minimum of 25 euro per invoice. Notwithstanding the above, Raisin’Star has the right to take back the not (fully) paid items.
Article 13: Affectation validity – Non-renunciation
If any provision of these Terms should be invalid, illegal or void, this will in no way affect the validity, legality and applicability of the other provisions. Failure at any time by Raisin’Star to enforce any of the rights as set out in these Terms, or equal to exercise any right of this, will never be seen as a waiver of such provision, and will never impact the validity of these rights.
Article 14: Amendments to the conditions
These Terms are supplemented by other conditions where there exists an explicit reference to, and the general terms of Raisin’Star. In case of contradiction, the present Terms are valid.
Article 15: Evidence
The Customer agrees that electronic communications and backups serve as evidence.
Article 16: Applicable law – Jurisdiction
The Belgian law is applicable, except for the provisions of international law concerning applicable law and with the exception of the Vienna Convention on the International Sale of Goods. In case of disputes, only the courts of the district of Antwerp are in charge. Information about alternative dispute resolution can be found via this link. However, we reserve the right to only submit disputes to the courts.
