How can you pay?
To ensure your payments are properly & safely processed, we are working with Mollie. Mollie provides for a safe and transparent banking platform. You can choose one of the following payment methods:
- Belfius Direct Net;
- Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard / American Express);
- KBC / CBC Payment Buttons;
- Bancontact / Mister Cash; and
- Sofort Banking.
Furthermore, the customer can also pay via:
• Direct Bank Transfer (*); and
(*) Please note that the packet is only sent when the money is on our bank account. This may take several days.
Who are our partners for the delivery?
For our delivery we work with Bpost. All orders are delivered to the delivery address specified by you. In case you are not home during the day to collect your package, the postman puts your package at the nearest post office.
All orders placed and paid before 20:00 will be sent the first following business day. If the delivery would take longer, we will reach out to you immediately. That way you will never end up with any surprises when shopping at Raisin’Star.
When is the delivery for free?
Orders as of € 85 are delivered free of charge to you in case you live in Belgium or the Netherlands. For free delivery to other countries, we refer to the below table.
Raisin’Star regularly organizes actions whereby delivery is for free.
