Return

You are not completely satisfied with an item that you ordered? Thank you for first checking if your product is eligible for return:

  • Returns are possible within 14 days as of receipt;
  • The item is in the original condition, meaning the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn;
  • All labels and tags are attached;
  • For reasons of hygiene, bathing and underwear can not be returned.

Does your article meet these conditions? Then you can continue with the return of your article. Please go to the contact form (link). Please select “Exchange & Return” as the subject. Thank you to mention your order number.

We will provide you with the necessary information so that you can return the item.

We recommend that all returns are sent with a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to us. You are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.

If the items are correctly returned, Raisin’Star will reimburse you within 14 working days the purchase price of the items. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

Exchange

Is the size not ok? Or would you prefer a different color? Then you can exchange your product. Thank you for first checking if your product is eligible for exchange:

  • Returns are possible within 14 days as of receipt;
  • The item is in the original condition, meaning the item has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn;
  • All labels and tags are attached;
  • For reasons of hygiene, bathing and underwear can not be returned.

Does your article meet these conditions? Then you can continue with the exchange of your article. Please go to the contact form (link). Please select “Exchange & Return” as the subject. Thank you to mention your order number. Please specify in which size or color you would like to exchange.

We will provide you the necessary information so that you can exchange the item. Once we have received the item to exchange, we will check whether your desired size / color is in stock. If this is the case, the article is sent to you for free. So we do not charge shipping costs. However, this is not valid if you want to exchange the same article a second time.

You will receive the same day a confirmation. Please note that the shipping costs you made to return the item will not be refunded.

If it appears that the desired size / color is out of stock, we will inform you. We will proceed in this case within 14 days to reimburse you the purchase price. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.

In case you prefer to receive a different item than the item you initially purchased, you may also exchange this. Please follow the steps as described above.
